By participating in Glitterist Frames of Elegance 2026, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and mutually beneficial experience.

General Terms

1. Event Period: The event will take place between April 2025 and December 2025, with shoots scheduled across three different locations in India on specific dates.
2. Eligibility: Participants must fall under the categories of Models, Photographers, Makeup Artists, or Designers and meet the specified criteria for each category.
3. Portfolio Delivery: Participants will receive their completed portfolios after the calendar launch in December 2025.
4. Age of the Participant have be 18 or 18 above.
5. Anyone can bring their guardian with themselves. Incase guardian have to meet their each expenses from their end. Like: Food, Travel, Hotels and all other accommodations.

Payment Terms

1. Payment Options:
   • Partial Payment: Pay Rs. 25,000/- by 15th February 2025.
   • Booking Amount: Pay Rs. 10,000/- initially, and the remaining Rs. 15,000/- or the full amount by 15th February 2025.
   • Full Payment: Pay the total amount at once.
2. Refund Policy:
   • The booking amount (Rs. 10,000/-) is non-refundable.
   • For cancellations after partial or full payment, a refund will be issued after deducting Rs. 10,000/-.
   • No refunds will be provided if participation is canceled after the first portion of the shoot.
   • If you are not selected by the organizers, 100% of your payment will be refunded.
3. Non-Transferable: Registration fees and participation rights are non-transferable.

1. Commitment: Participants are expected to commit to the entire duration of the event. Stepping back after the first portion of the shoot will result in no refunds and exclusion from further participation.
